These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 360pk platform, including all sports betting, casino games, promotions, and payment services offered on this website. Verified Payments Only
All deposits and withdrawals must be processed through payment methods registered in your own name. 360pk does not accept third-party payment transfers. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT are the accepted methods.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met. Attempting to withdraw before completion will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
No Fraud or Abuse

Eligibility to Use 360pk
Access to the 360pk platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By accessing this website or creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the conditions listed below at all times during your use of the platform.

Not Self-Excluded

Attempting to register a new account while under an active exclusion is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent banning from the platform.
Accurate Information
All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. 360pk will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.
Single Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on the 360pk platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with them will be forfeited in full.

Account Registration & Security Rules
Your 360pk account is personal to you and must be kept secure at all times. The following rules govern how your account must be registered, maintained, and protected. 360pk takes account security seriously and provides tools including two-factor authentication, session history, and login alerts to help you protect your account.
2.1 — Registration Process
To create a 360pk account, you must provide a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number associated with your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet where applicable. All fields are mandatory. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.2 — Password and Login Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person under any circumstances. 360pk will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
2.3 — Account Verification (KYC)
360pk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international gaming standards. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used before a withdrawal can be processed. Standard documents accepted include a valid CNIC, passport, utility bill or bank statement (dated within three months), and a screenshot or confirmation of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account ownership. 2.4 — Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons attributable to the user, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Security Tip: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 360pk account as soon as you register. 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access, especially when accessing the platform from shared devices or public Wi-Fi networks — which is common in Lahore, Karachi, and other Pakistani cities where internet café use is still widespread.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
All financial transactions on the 360pk platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits made to your account and all withdrawal requests submitted by you.

3.1 — Deposit Terms
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 360pk does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 360pk bears no responsibility. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your gaming account.
3.2 — Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must have passed the full KYC verification process. 360pk reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that exceed PKR 50,000. 3.3 — Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to a legitimate 360pk transaction is considered a material breach of these Terms. 360pk will contest all illegitimate chargebacks and reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account, recover the disputed amount from any pending balance, and report the matter to relevant financial institutions.
Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
360pk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general rules, the specific promotional terms will take precedence.
4.1 — Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page. For example, a deposit bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 20,000 in total wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
4.2 — Eligible Games
Not all games on the 360pk platform contribute equally to satisfying bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage rate, which will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Playing games with zero contribution will not reduce your remaining wagering requirement.
4.3 — Bonus Expiry
All bonuses on the 360pk platform have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement has not been completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account automatically. The expiry countdown typically begins from the moment the bonus is credited to your account, not from the date of the promotion.
4.4 — Bonus Abuse
360pk operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (such as placing low-risk hedging bets), or any coordinated activity involving multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, all associated bonuses will be voided and the accounts involved will be permanently closed.

No claim for winnings that would have been paid in the absence of the malfunction will be entertained. The principle that applies across the entire 360pk platform is: malfunction voids all pays and play.
5.3 — Slot Game Rules
All slot games on the 360pk platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are based on long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific results for individual sessions. 5.4 — Live Sports and Cricket Betting
All cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and international Test matches — are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 360pk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including any losses arising from:
- Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, server issues, or third-party service outages.
- Any loss of data, account access, or funds arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or any intermediary financial institution.
- Any decision you make based on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome information.
- Any failure by a third-party game provider to deliver accurate RTP statistics or fair game outcomes, where 360pk has relied on the provider's certified audit results in good faith.
